Dola’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Vendors and Other Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. (a) Adhering to the guidelines outlined in the PDPA and GDPR, Dola reserves the right to gather, utilise, or reveal your personal information in specific cases without explicit consent, based on the legitimate interests of either Dola or another party. This entails a meticulous assessment by Dola to ascertain that any potential adverse impacts on individuals are thoroughly considered against the prevailing legitimate interests.
(b) In alignment with the legitimate interests' exception, your personal data may be utilised for the following objectives:
i. Identification and mitigation of fraudulent activities;
ii. Detection and prevention of service misuse;
iii. Implementation of network analysis to deter fraud and financial misconduct, as well as to conduct credit assessments;

If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to honour your request.
